Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions
 Q How can I purchase tickets?
  You can purchase tickets online on our ticketing page or by phone.
 Q What is included in the ticket price?

Either a wine glass for free tastings OR a beer pint glass and (4) four pogs for beer tastings and a full day of festival fun and music is included with a single day ticket. If you would like to sample both wine and beer, you can purchase additional beer mugs, beer pogs and wine glasses inside. On-site parking is also included with the purchase of each ticket.

Each weekend ticket includes a wine glass and a beer mug for sampling. Primitive, on-site camping is included with each weekend ticket.

 Q Will the music schedule be different each day?
  The music schedule will be different each day. You can see each day's music schedule by clicking on the Performers page on the left.
 Q What are the hours for this event?
 

Saturday, July 3rd: 11am - 9pm
Sunday, July 4th: 11am - 7pm

Please note, all vehicles without a camping pass need to exit Day Parking by 9:30 pm.
Also, please note that free wine tastings will end at 6pm each day, while the sale of wine will be available until closing.

 Q Will there be activities for children?
  YES, Across-the-Way Productions events are always family friendly. Children's activities include balloon tying, kiddie-style carnival games and magic. We'll also have a trampoline bungee jump!
 Q Is food available?
  YES, there will be a variety of good eats available for purchase.

 Beer & Wine Questions
 Q Can I sample wine in a beer pint? / Can I sample beer in a wine glass?
  NO, the beer pint may only be used in the beer garden, and the wine glass may only be used for tastings in the wine tents.

Your first glass is free with a single day ticket; each additional glass is $5. Weekend ticket purchasers will receive one beer mug and one wine glass.

 Q Can I buy a full beer or a full glass of wine?
  YES, with the purchase of our Floyd Fandango souvenir glass, you will have the option to purchase a full glass of the brew or wine of your choice. Your first souvenir glass is free. Additional glasses are $5 each.
 Q How much will a 16oz beer cost?
  $4
 Q May I purchase beer or wine to take home?
  ABC regulations prohibit beer sales. Beer may not be purchased to take home. 

Wine bottles and cases can be purchased. We will offer a wine pickup service, where we will transport your bottles and cases to a tent close to the exit for you to pick up before leaving the festival.
 

Camping Questions
 Q Can I camp?
  YES, on-site, primitive camping is included with weekend tickets only. On-site RV spots are an additional $50.
 Q I have purchased a ticket for Saturday only. Can I camp and leave on Sunday morning?
  NO, not without purchasing a Single Day Camping Pass (one per vehicle). This permits you to camp out on Saturday, but you must leave by 9:30am on Sunday morning. OR If you purchase a weekend ticket, you can stay with us and camp the entire weekend! All weekend tickets include on-site, primitive camping.
 Q Can we stay and camp on site Sunday night?
  YES, weekend ticket purchasers with a car camping pass can stay and camp. If you have purchased a Sunday ticket only, you need to purchase a Single Day Camping Pass, which allows you to camp on the grounds.

All campers must leave by 9:30am on Monday morning.

Security Questions
 Q Will you search my cooler?
  YES, we will search your cooler. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL OR GLASS CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED! If you have medical equipment (such as insulin supplies), please inform the security personnel searching your cooler.
 Q Can I bring outside alcohol, pets, or glass containers?
  NO -  NO PETS, NO GLASS, NO FIREWORKS, NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES, NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL, NO EXCEPTIONS!
